Wispa was only with us three short years in which time she was Mum to some
very beautiful kittens… they are her legacy and it is wonderful to know that
all her kittens are bringing so much joy and happiness to those they are with.
We are so thankful for all the lovely messages that we received when Wispa passed away; she will be missed so very much by us all.
Raising her surviving kitten Chesney was a privilege and an honour as well as extremely hard work, but we devoted every waking hour to him in the memory of Wispa…we knew that when he went to his new home we would miss him so very much, just like we do his Mum.
Wispa has left a hole in all our lives…

Mia gave us three beautiful litters in the few years we were lucky enough to have her with us; “The Loved Ones Litter, “The Strictly Litter” and “The Jubilee Litter”…nine kittens in all.
Mia took early retirement in 2012 and sadly took poorly about nine months later. Mia underwent some very lengthy surgery but unfortunately her condition was too far advanced and she sadly passed away .
She is very much missed by us and the other cats, it is still our pleasure to show off her beautiful kittens…
I will lend to you for a while a kitten, God said.
For you to love while she lives, and mourn when she's dead.
Maybe for twelve or fourteen years, or maybe two or three.
But will you, 'til I call her back, take care of her for me?
She'll bring her charms to gladden you and, should her stay be brief
you'll always have her memories as solace for your grief.
I cannot promise she will stay, since all from earth return.
But there are lessons taught below I want this kitten to learn.
I've looked the whole world over in search of teachers true.
And from the folk that crowd's life's land I have chosen you.
Now will you give her all your love, nor think the labour vain?
Nor hate me when I come to take my kitten home again?
My heart replied, "My Lord, thy will be done"
For all the joys this kitten brings the risk of grief I'll run.
I'll shelter her with tenderness; I'll love her while I may.
And for the happiness I've known, forever-
But should you call her back much sooner than I planned.
I'll brave the bitter grief that comes, and try to understand.
If, by my love I've managed your wishes to achieve.
Then in memory of her, who I loved, please help me while I grieve.
When my cherished kitten departs this world of strife,
Please send yet another needing soul for me to love all her life.
